I ensure every customer gets their order delivered on time. I also deal with any issues they have regarding the order, giving explanations and processing refunds when necessary. I also must thoroughly check over the vans before departure to complete a vehicle safety check.

By serving customers and solving any issues that occurred, I was able to allow a quick and efficient shopping experience.I also led the cash closing procedure each night, which involved collecting and counting the money from the day and addressing any concerns.
