I oversee a large team of activity staff, directly responsible for their performance. Additionally, I mentor new Activity Leaders to ensure top-quality services for our clients. My responsibilities include developing work schedules for all staff, managing administrative tasks related to activities, and coordinating facilities and booking details with external suppliers. When the Centre Manager is absent, I step in as the head manager of the camp.

I oversaw designated activities, including archery, canoeing, and facilitating horse riding. My focus was on ensuring that these activities were safe, fun, engaging, and challenging for campers. Additionally, I maintained an up-to-date activity planning file that included objectives, inventory records, program evaluations, lesson plans, and creative ideas. Collaborating with the team, I evaluated existing activities and proposed enhancements to continually improve our offerings.
