Chartered Structural Engineer with previous knowledge and practice in designing products and fastening of lightweight steel elements, especially sandwich panels and trapezoidal profile sheets in Germany. He has given several in-house lectures to customers, architects, and engineers as well a guest lecture to the 2016 TCD MSc class for their façade engineering module. Currently practicing in a design role with more traditional construction materials such as steel, timber, concrete, and masonry in Ireland.Sufficient programming experience to develop software applications in Microsoft Excel and C# to aid analysis and design. Tertiary education having obtained a B.A.I. degree in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, with First Class Honours and an MSc in Structural Engineering with Distinction from the University of Surrey.Enjoys working in a dynamic environment with excellent communication, organisational, and management skills, being equally comfortable working on individual tasks, acting as a team member, or taking a lead role.
