I am proud to be a Director of the independent start-up Transport Planning Consultancy, Flyt Pty Ltd.Flyt will be focussing on the most practical, balanced and collaborative outcomes for our Clients and all transport network users. Specialising in planning for the integration of transport and land use elements, traffic modelling, public transportation, transport impact assessments and development of transport strategies, Flyt will provide experience and level headedness to developing solutions. I have focused on Highway and Public Transport modelling at Strategic and Microsimulation levels using SATURN, VISUM, Paramics,and VISSIM. Modelling inputs for Major Scheme Business Cases and Economic Appraisals. Provision of transport planning inputs to large and small projects, public transport and bus priority projects. I have worked on and delivered projects in the UK and UAE as well as playing a key role in delivering the modelling component of a large infrastructure project whilst based in Singapore. I have been based on Perth since 2010 and have transferred my overseas experience to Australian projects ensuring application of best practice modelling techniques. I am looking forward to the challenge of establishing a new presence in the industry and providing our Clients with the best possible outcomes.
