Planning and executing events, overseeing all aspects of mobile branch of the company, hiring, managing, training, and scheduling staff, keeping up to date permitting and state health regulations, logistical analysis, budgeting, ordering and maintaining equipment, and successfully coordinating within the company and with host facilitators to carry out single and multi-day events.

Crew Leader: Operate and manage mobile catering events while upholding eco-conscious ethics. Responsibilities include directing staff with setup and operation, maintain communication with coordinators, transportation of staff and equipment via company vehicle, daily handling of income and completion of sales reports, following through with current environmentally conscious actions, and brainstorming ideas to improve efficiency while continuing to mitigate impact.

Student Trip Leader: Lead a multitude of outdoor adventure trips including rock climbing, caving, backpacking, camping, biking, and river sports. Responsibilities include: pre-trip planning, preparing, and packing, operating and transporting participants in program van, safely guiding trips while enthusiastically stimulating excitement for the outdoors, and embracing Leave No Trace ethics. Rock Climbing Wall Manager: Manage the operations and the staff at the VCU climbing wall. Monitor and belay participants in a safe environment. Teach belay clinics and instruct and demonstrate proper top-rope and sport climbing technique and practice.Route Setter: Set new, creative rock climbing routes weekly and perform routine maintenance to sustain a working climbing wall.

Contribute to the operation of an indoor climbing facility by performing a multitude of tasks including conducting open climbs, assisting customers in the pro shop, regular upkeep of facility cleanliness, and informing customers of membership benefits, classes, and programs.
