In my role as Assistant Brand Manager I was responsible for maintaining a level of stock for sale, working with various departments to make sure that goods are ordered according to customer needs, release dates and location. Using Miscrosoft Ax I raised purchase orders, received goods, tracked shipments, and created and edited items for use in purchase orders. I was responsible for monitoring incoming shipments from suppliers going either to the warehouse for distribution or directly to the customer so I had to make sure I was precise as sometimes I could be preparing entire 40' containers for shipment.
