Led the management and development of the business’ diverse commercial, industrial, leisure and residential property portfolio, including:~ All aspects of asset management and portfolio performance ~ Management of the planning promotion of three strategic development sites, including a new Garden Village, the significant expansion of an existing business park and a proposed motorway service station ~ Overall responsibility for the development/re-development of the existing portfolio, including a number of residential, industrial and commercial development/re-development projects (including a new Covid vaccination centre in 2020)
