I started with Cost estimating for new projects for Bank Financial Applications.My duties includes responsibility for the company's procurement of various packages to progress site works. This includes looking for quotations and comparing quotes for various packages, including company equipment hires, negotiating for construction materials, finding credit application from various companies that we are trading with. I have sorted for Insurances for our various projects. My job include raising purchase orders for our chosen contracts with trade companies. I have sorted for materials especially finishes materials locally and abroad Spain, Europe generally and China markets. I have co-ordinated site daily assessment of works on operatives and progress of works just to assist site managers. I have assessed work todate with our subcontractors and trade companies and followed up payments for them. AA Homes is an Housing developer with projects spread round UK; the company purchase large offices and refurbish and convert them to accommodation units.

I did Tender Works for Ahli Bank new Branch development to be located in Al Khor to select Main and Packages Contractors.I am currently the Senior Q/S for Al-Asmakh Heritage Project, Doha. This involve certification of site quantities, assessment of monthly valuations from Main Contractor, It is my duty to invoice the client PEO (Public Engineering Office) for our peoples cost on monthly basis and to see to the payments. The job entails site meetings, site visits for measurements and confirmations of quantities. This position requires me to liaise closely with the Project Manager and other site based managers. I do work with my company's Q/S department from time to time on BOQ productions, pricing and editing works on BOQ. I was part of the Qatar Naval Base Tender works.

A PQS firm, I was invoved in lots of valuations for commercial properties, schools and private developments homes and structures.I did assessment for Councils through this company in the Kent region. I was involved in lots of costings and estimation works and production of Bills of Quantities.
