My experiences working in education and the outdoor tourism industry allowed me to gain essential communication and group management skills. These experiences have taught me the value of rational decision-making, efficiency, and teamwork. As an educator, I have helped hundreds of children, University students, and adults, improve their ESL skills. As an outdoor guide and manager, I led dozens of successful Mt. Fuji tours and worked to create an outdoor hiking and whitewater rafting tour company in Hokkaido. Finally, as a General Manager at a Start-up English School, I helped grow the company from 4 to over 20 branches over the course of two years. My experience allows me to feel confident I can provide value and commitment to a diverse array of companies and teams.
