I joined ProLogis as an Associate property manager and was responsible for the management of half of the portfolio of 90 properties that were under management at that time. I was responsible for the day to day management for a wide variety of property and clients, my main client being the West Midlands Pension Fund. My remit covered general tenant liaison, rent reviews and lease renewals, service charges, insurance, value enhancement and estate management. I was involved with commercial properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

I was responsible for the day to day management of two main clients The Crown Estate and Brixton, soon becoming dedicated to managing the Brixton Portfolio of industrial properties, which consisted of 56 Estates. My remit covered general tenant liaison, alienation and alterations, service charges, insurance, value enhancement and estate management. I was mainly involved with properties in the industrial sector.

Commercial property management of West End multi let office properties and office parks on behalf of a number of private individuals and property companies. All aspects of commercial property management and facilities management were undertaken as part of this role.
