Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the supply chain of mechanical components( includes injection plastic parts, rubber parts, die cutting parts, machining parts, connector, fastener) 2. Be responsible for supplier base set up, looking for new supplier, Sign NDA&SOW with supplier, supplier audit, RFQ and supplier selection 3. Price negotiation, cost down , optimize supply base and make supplier consolidation. 4. Perform periodic business review with key suppliers 5. Drive suppliers to improve quality, delivery, customer service and cost for my commodity(injection plastic, rubber, die cutting, machining, connector, fastener) 6. Drive suppliers to shorten the lead time 7. Negotiate payment terms with supplier 8. Negotiate and sign VMI contract with suppliers9. Drive both internal( R&D, SDE, factory ) and external( Supplier) for DFM and FA qualification to meet project schedule and qualityPerformance:1. Deliverd 1.1 million dollars saving VS 8 million spending during year 20132. Shorten 48 long lead time items from over 8 weeks to less than 8weeks3. Consolidated and optimized the plastic ,die cutting, fastener supply base4. Signed 6 VMI contract with suppliers, 22 parts added to VMI

Be eesponsible all In-House tool&Equipment Asia sourcing, include plastic injection mold, stamping die, casting die and equipment/fabrication line2. Responsible for supplier audit, supplier selection, RFQ, quotation analysis and negotiation, PO release, payment terms negotiation, contract negotiation…etc. all commercial activities3. Be responsible for all In-House tool&equipment qualification. Responsible for all tooling qualification, start from ESI, drawing review, tool spec. review and approval, tool design review and approval, tooling progress tracking, GR&R, FAI, CPK run and final tool approval. 4. Close communication with the global team(both Jabil team and customer team) to ensure issue resolution and schedule changes are clearly communicated throughout the organization5.
