Engage cross-functional team members (i.e. quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, testing & R&D) within new product development to ensure successful product phase into mass production and successfully fulfill all the milestones.(3) Performs regular project risk analysis, and use as a basis to develop contingency plans for execution when necessary.
