• Prepare tender documents and receive specification and drawings from client• Prepare cost estimate for construction of building and landscaping • Get quotes from suppliers and subcontractors• Liase with Installers, subcontractors and labors in construction stage• Supporting site supervisor by reporting the progress and percent complete of structural and civil activities• Checking project plans and work performed to ensure project is going ahead based on client’s satisfaction • Prepare Cashflow, escalation and earn-value diagram for controlling cost and claims during construction period
