Duties:1. Data CapturingCapturing Training that happens on and offsite on to the SAP System using Training Registers as proof that the training has taken place. Capturing of Coaching interventions on the SAP system also based on attendance registers.ERO-PCapturing of invoice on to the SAP System 2. Skills Matrix Document Collate the Skills Matrices by ensuring they are updated whenever there is a change in an employee’s performance.Ensure that Skills Matrices are distributed per Production area and that it correlates to the SAP and MBMS systems. Skills Matrices must always be available for audits and inspections. 3. Co-Coordinating TrainingSet up training for offsite and onsite interventions.Communicate with service providers and delegates. Set up venues, arrange Catering, venue reservation.Send invites and transportation.Manage training calendar.4. Filing Collate employees personal files (includes filing)Collate invoice and service agreement files (includes filing) 5. CommunicationCommunication with new Interns, In-service and Apprentices related to training.Communicating with Customer and give them the service they require.
