Regional Operations Manager with Everyman Media Group. My experience in both Cinema and Food and Beverage operations has lead to a knowledge that covers all areas of hospitality management. I oversee multiple venues in London and the East of England and lead my teams in the successful delivery of what I believe is the very best cinematic experience in the UK. I have over my career had many opportunities to focus my experience to new project openings. I have worked on nine new Cinema opens across different brands and areas of the UK, working primarily in the setting up of operational standards and processes, as well as working with contractors and architects on the build of these new sites. I have worked with councils and local developments in order to get the very best results for the business, continuously beaten budgets and delivered both high performing and efficient businesses that delivers outstanding guest experience. I have a wide range of knowledge in customer service and care, focusing on this guest experience. I am both a personal license holder and first aid trained. As a result of this experience I have obtained structured commercial and people management skills that I have utilized to get the best out of my businesses.I have studied theatre and its contemporaries from an early age and have acquired great leadership, team-building and communication skills as a result. I am confident and eager to pursue a career in which I can progress to a high level of operations management.
