Employed within Dreadnought Build Readiness responsible for the management, delivery and process ownership of Facility Capability reviews.• Key stakeholder engagement at senior level within a wide ranging and diverse £500m site redevelopment programme and cross function liaison to enable early identification of risk to the Dreadnought programme from lack of mature facility capabilities.• Delivery of independent facility capability maturity assessment through cross functional capability reviews; Adapted, evolved and streamlined existing process based on US DoD Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) methodology for use in assessing facility capability maturity levels.• Management of capability assessment and review schedule and communication of risks and issues against an aggressive timeline.

Manager responsible for 150 personnel delivering logistics, infrastructure, and tactical communications to enable UK and worldwide helicopter operations. Responsibilities include coordination of all squadron activities, ensuring staffing and resources available to meet the requirements of helicopter operations concurrently deployed across three continents.

Principle tactical communications adviser to the commanding officer. Responsible for the security and management of £5m+ tactical communications equipment, cryptographic material and organisational IT. Tasked with the provision of capable and competent tactical communicators to provide voice and data services as a key enabler to worldwide helicopter operations.

Lead planner in department managing portfolio of three aviation units, totalling 450 personnel and 18 light utility helicopters engaged in worldwide operations; reported directly to commanding officer. Worked to exceptionally tight timelines in high pressure environment; provided coherent end to end planning of global deployments, including war fighting.

Key engineering intermediary liaising with industry (Agustawestland) and customer (user unit) to ensure the smooth introduction in to service of the Lynx Mk9A, a £70m+ urgent operational requirement. Responsibilities included:• Providing engineering progress briefs to senior MoD personnel.• Representing the MoD at industry led project meetings.• Ensuring product delivery remained on-track in accordance with the contract.• Maintaining the MoD project risk register.
