A leader is a resilient individual who leads by example. A great leader is fearless and their work ethic motivates others around them. They are capable of connecting and effectively communicate with their team to ensure progress. They are able to separate emotions and logic in order to avoid any uncertainty in a decision-making process.Personally, I am a natural competitor. A leader who embraces competition. An individual who is able to not only adapt to changing circumstances and develop new strategies that are more efficient than traditional methods, but lead others through change. I am someone who embraces the team-setting and encourages controversy with civility. The achiever in me is motivated by success, which means that I rarely lack motivation. I am fascinated with the future and discovering new things which encourages me to push modern boundaries. With ENTJ preferences, I thrive in a competitive environment. I am highly motivated by success in my field. My observation skills assist me in setting goals and achieving them. I work to discover and implement new strategies that are more efficient than traditional methods. Due to my background as a college athlete, I embrace the challenges that comes with working with a team. By developing and maintaining healthy relationships with peers, I would build a cohesive team that is motivated to change. Encouraging consistent communication would also play a huge part in overcoming groupthink and the decision-making process.
