• Responsible for the production of detailed reports for the Land Committee approval process at Regional and Main Board level. This includes financial viability assessments.
• Progressing and project managing the Divisions large strategic sites including sites at Aylesbury (2,450 units), West of Hemel Hempstead (650 units), Leighton Buzzard (600 units).
• Main duties include negotiating HA agreements, negotiating land drawdowns, selling the commercial uses on the sites, and managing the ongoing submission of RM submissions.
• Sites purchased include Harrow (185 units), Hemel Hempstead (357 units owned by the HCA), Bentley Priory, Stanmore (100 units owned by the MOD) with the renovation of the Grade 2* listed building into a museum.

• Pro-actively looking at ways to increase the number of units built for social housing in the coming years due to Kingston’s massive under provision.
• Looking at which RSL's actually owned units within Kingston (about which the Council was not entirely aware).
• Reviewing recent planning consents which had been mothballed with a view to brokering deals between the landowner and RSL to provide Social Housing.
• Assessing Council land for future Social Housing development potential.
