Managed the strategy and execution of Flight Centre Canada's event marketing program including experiential brand activations, product launches, sponsorships, fundraisers and partnership initiatives.

Managed the travel program for C-Suite professionals, film and media companies, record labels, and touring music groups. Responsible for a $2.5 million client portfolio.

Managed a Flight Centre retail location, leading a team of agents to achieve record sales figures for that location. Responsible for achieving KPI targets, along with client growth and retention through CRM activities and local marketing initiatives.
