As a researcher, I am naturally curious — asking lots of questions and finding ways to solve problems. My experience has taught me to effectively define objectives and implement a methodical process to collect data. Using data, we can develop strategic plans to improve systems that determine outcomes. These are critical skills for everyone to have! I've taught students, resident physicians, and professionals how to use this process to make meaningful conclusions that are actionable. I've also been privileged to have founded two technology companies, which gave me a unique perspective on business plans, management, and software development.
