• Managing registrationPrepare letters of welcome, time tables, course packs and general information for new and returning students. Compiling of class register for all cohorts under my control and make sure they attend the orientation. Ensure that all cohort under my control records are accurate and kept up to date. Ensure all assessments/evaluations are done for courses under my control and promote positive relationships between academic and students • All aspects of setting up and coordinating different programmes under my controlDrafting of time tables for all our programmesEnsure academics meet deadlines for submitting course packs for printingMonitor process, ensuring up to date material is inserted in course packs and oversee quality Coordinating Exams time tables, ensuring date, times and venues are secured as well as any special arrangement for disable students. Make bookings for all our programme and external programmes and any other administrative task as requested by either a senior academic or ADU manager. • Full Examination procedure Make arrangements for deferred exams and ensuring that invigilators are available for exams.Ensure that assignment are recorded and marked and returned to students on time.Liaising with external examiners for the approval of exam question papers on time.Ensuring that all students marks are accurately recorded on the University System and have a back up (manual system).
