I am an individual who is impassioned by the utility and the beauty of the English language. However, I was one of the children born with a ball in my hand. Sport was my obsession for the first fifteen years of my life; it was fascinating as it appeared to possess the marriage between brute strength and bright strategy. This continued until my mind was captivated by the concise commentaries of Socrates; the eloquent quotations that acted as a teacher from the distant past. Since, I have dedicated many years to studying etymology and practicing the art of accurate articulation via the academic fields of Philosophy and Culture. I am particularly interested in witnessing and listening to the stories of people’s lives before reflecting a reiteration of their story, excluding indefinite words and phrases, into a poetically ordered sequence of words that establish clarity and understanding. I improved this skill by completing the personal project of self-publishing a book of philosophical poetry, titled, 'Poetry Paints a Thousand Pictures'.I am currently seeking to build a foundation for my writing career by working with a team, or individual, that can offer me an opportunity to refine my skill. But ultimately, considering my interest in human stories, I am aiming to become either: an investigative writer of crime - both organised and unorganised; or, an inspirative writer of philosophical and emotive content.
