Sam is a project manager with 20 years of progressive technical and managerial experience and a senior member and Ground Testing Technical Committee member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). In his current role as a project manager, Sam provides oversight for test facility projects, technical consulting efforts, studies, and equipment retrofit projects. In addition to providing technical and managerial oversight, he is responsible for project cost estimating and proposal development. In his 20 years of experience at Jacobs, he has been involved in numerous design/build projects in various industries such as automotive, aerospace and motorsport. He has also conducted engineering studies for facility upgrades, retrofits, and other special client studies. His recent design/build project involvement includes aerodynamic and aero-acoustic designs and acceptance testing work for numerous wind tunnels (e.g., Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Jaguar Racing, and other confidential clients).
