Samantha Murray is the owner and cultural resources director at South Environmental (DBE/WBE/SBE) with over 18 years’ experience in all elements of cultural resources management, including architectural history, archaeology, and tribal cultural resources. Cross-trained in both architectural history and archaeology, Murray's unique skillset gives her a well-rounded perspective of cultural resources management and allows her to address the needs of any project. Her expertise includes preparation of compliance documentation in support of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
