I specialize in developing comprehensive and innovative policies, standard operating procedures, and professional standards that help museums expand and sustain their educational output by driving growth and optimizing conservation strategies for their collections. Additionally, combining creative design methods with engaging object-based stories allows me to promote those collections through highly immersive exhibits that deliver unforgettable visitor experiences and valuable lessons that visitors can apply in their daily lives.To ensure that museums can effectively implement new guidelines and consistently observe best practices, I believe that ongoing professional development is extremely crucial. As such, I have regularly accompanied their introduction with informative professional development workshops that have helped museum staff and volunteers gain a greater awareness of artifact conservation hazards and implement mitigative strategies during their daily work routines.
