I am CPEng and NPER qualified engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the engineering design, design co-ordination, construction, supervision and documentation of a variety of complex multidiscipline project types including residential, warehousing, industrial minerals processing, power transmission and substation, low to mid rise residential, commercial projects as well as infrastructure’s projects such as water and waste water treatment plant and pump station projects. I have extensive experience in structural reinforced concrete and steel design for both permanent as well as temporary works and I also have a very strong background in foundation engineering and geotechnical investigation, managing issues related to differential settlement, pavement design and embankment design. My experience includes the project design coordination, design engineering analysis & design of projects from the inception (preliminary, feasibility and concept) to detailed design for construction purposes. This experience has also included tender designs to allow pricing in design and construct environments, for previous employers as well as for United Group Infrastructure Ltd. (engineering design and construct Contractor) whom I was employed by. This entails working closely with cost estimators, optioneering and providing feasibility cost estimates to assist in the tender design process. Currently I am working as a senior structural engineer specialising in residential design, power, Telco projects, warehousing and structural assessment of existing buildings.
