With over 20 years in the property industry, Sam has spent the majority of his career specialising in residential and mixed use markets nationally. His initial experience spanned development valuation and analysis roles, expanding to strategic research and project-specific advisory to major domestic and international developers, investors, consultants and financiers, and to the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across the prime market segments. Sam has had input to some of Australia’s most renowned and complex residential and mixed use developments.Sam has been a partnership Director of property advisory firm Charter Keck Cramer, Managing Director of property services firm NPM, and Director-Residential of a global agency firm focussing on the marketing strategy for premium grade residential and mixed-use developments, and managing the transaction of bespoke high value apartments within Melbourne’s prestige market. His experience across domestic and international markets has led to an appreciation of project specific positioning, strategy, marketing narrative and place-making, purchaser profiling and design to reflect the attributes of individual developments.
