Over 17 years of International experience, leading teams and managing partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands, winning national and international awards along the way.Adventurous by heart, I've worked in the USA, APAC and the UK and have experienced media owner, tech owner, agency and client life, with 4 years at Microsoft, 8 years agency side at Omnicom and Publicis, nearly 2 years client side and nearly 4 years tech owner side at ChannelAdvisor.Currently an EMEA Business Development Strategic Partnerships Manager, I manage partners such as Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Schwarz Group, ISRG etc.Passionate about Sport, I head-up our Sports category with a remit to drive growth for our Sports partners and sellers and be a Sports expert within the company.Prior to my current role, I was a Digital Marketing leader with over 13 years of international experience. I headed up performance media teams for some of the world's leading brands such as Amazon and Samsung. I built and led fantastic teams and I'm proud to say we exceeded demands, winning national and international gold awards from the likes of Campaign Magazine.During this time I've worked across Partnerships, Paid Search & Social, eCommerce & Marketplaces and Display & Video; in Sales, Marketing and BD roles. As well as Digital Media and eCommerce I also experienced the education, football and charity sectors earlier in my career.As an FA / UEFA Licensed coach, I've been fortunate enough to hone my leadership and coaching skills in a football environment, coaching in the past for Southampton FC, as well as a number of local football clubs.Without question my biggest achievement of all is my young family! I have a little girl and a little boy so outside of work I spend the majority of my time dressed up as either a dinosaur or a princess. I love football and haven't given up on playing for Spurs just yet but it is getting harder, partly because of age and partly because of the aforementioned costumes.Lastly, I love a challenge and so far I have raised nearly 35k for charity via both company and personal events.
