I am a qualified and accredited Teacher of Mindfulness and registered with The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. I am also a holistic therapist and trainee Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnotherapist. My aim is to empower people of all ages to live a more stress free, calm life using Mindfulness based stress reduction and cognitive techniques. I offer bespoke Mindfulness programmes for businesses and schools and work 1-2-1 and in groups for adults and young people. I have seen a vast increase in the number of young people today that need help and support with their mental wellbeing and have a passion to help this age group.
