At CodeBook, I work alongside the Software Developers and manage the Support Desk, Perform CodeBook training and manage the implementations of the BIM solution globally.I have extensive knowledge of the BIM data cycle and have worked with teams on some of the largest construction projects in the UK and worldwide to take their data and bring it in to a BIM platform that provides a complete solution for collection, validation, multi-team coordination, reporting and asset management solutions.

I started at Insight as an IT Manager, looking after the company’s IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, as well as day-to-day support with PC issues – troubleshooting Windows and Architectural software. Over time, this role evolved to be more involved with Architecture and I undertook training in producing technical drawings as well as a Foundation degree in construction.

At Epson, I worked as a first line tech support agent and worked up to second line support for business users. I managed support cases and call-backs to troubleshoot undocumented issues, I produced product diagnostic documentation for use by staff.During this employment, I gained extensive Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting knowledge as well as installing and troubleshooting Enterprise grade printers and scanners.
