Wessex Resins & Adhesives is a family-run business that manufactures and distributes high-quality epoxy products, coatings, and adhesives throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As the Director of Operations, I have been leading the operational and strategic aspects of our business for over a year, after serving as the General Manager and the Area Sales Manager for more than seven years. My core competencies include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing and developing our talented and diverse team, and communicating effectively with our internal and external stakeholders. I am also passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the performance and durability of our products, as well as the sustainability and profitability of our business. To support my professional growth and development, I have completed the Certification of Company Direction with the Institute of Directors, I hold an MBA from the University of Chester and a certificate in Competitive Strategy and Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with our customers and the wider epoxy community through our online project magazine, EpoxyCraft.
