Having worked in the retail sector for almost 10 years (9 of those in a QA capacity) I'm always 100% committed to the current goal and objective always open to new challenges and continuous improvement.Having a right first time mentality I've always considered myself to have a very critical attention to detail. My last role saw me undertaking duties as a member of the management structure providing guidance to team members, rolling out of daily deployment briefings and tasks, monitor and nurture performance ensuring that KPI timeframes are maintained and improved upon where possible.During this time I have gained crucial extensive experience in areas including;- Commercial decision making on product- User Acceptance Testing of the systems when updates are implemented.- Liaising with the business across multiple sites including sites in Berlin, Atlanta, Lichfield and Head Offices in London - Overseeing reprocessing work in a logistics setting and liaising with 3rd party companies to ensure that rectification work is carried out in a timely manner.- Upkeep of user accounts and passwords including problem resolution.- Mentoring new starters and seeing that they have sufficient knowledge to perform daily tasks effectively.- SOP & SSOW writing.- Being 1st Point Of Contact for system support to the business on the company systems.
