The position I have reached is more focused on product display than sales at the mment. I manage a few other associates in order to maintain and place new products on the sales floor. This is done while maintaining good customer service to the guests at our store. The customer service side include having product knowledge and being able to relate to the guest, but also managing time between different customers in order to better serve everyone.

I controlled the audio at the sporting event held on campus. I worked with announcers to generate excitement during the games and special events. General setup and take down was another of the roles I performed.
