He has been leading the company since June 2001, after serving as a Project Manager for 10 years. Sam has a strong background and expertise in civil engineering, with a focus on aviation, highways, bridges, and military projects. He successfully managed and delivered multiple complex and diverse engineering solutions for clients across the public and private sectors, by delivering quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas. He is passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Hs is also committed to making a positive impact in the community and in the industry, by mentoring and discipling younger engineers, serving with the worship team at his church, and striving to glorify God in everything. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, fishing, and golfing in his personal time.
