Roland Live (Virtual Store) - product Specialist- A key player in a new project which reimagines digital retail using cutting edge A/V technology. Allowing customers to experience a Roland Store from the comfort of their home.- Responsible for managing and leading the day today operations of the Virtual Store and Roland Live.- Taking calls from the virtual store using our app inpartnership with GoInStore.- Regularly liaising with global retail operations,European retail manager, REG marketing, on ways we can use new social channels and modern technology to drive more pre sales calls and provide a futuristic shopping experience for customers.- Plan, prepare and execute live streams and review paid social media content to promote the service and drive traffic to Roland and Boss websites.- The regular go to contact for Roland Live "Go InStore" to further improve the service. (Presenter on Roland Live) Delivering one-to-one personal video shopping experience using futuristic cutting edge technology using the Go InStore platform.Regularly liaising with global and European divisions on improvements to the project.

Responsible for driving growth across all Product Categories through analysis - Managing dealer Online Sales and Marketing for the Roland product catalogue.

- Employed at the biggest independent garden centre in the South of England since 2014.-Co Managed a team of 4 full time / part time staff in a department.-Regularly attending trade shows and supplier meetings.-Partly responsible for the ordering of both online warehouse and Bagshot centre stock.- Working with big suppliers including, Stax, Evergreen Care and Westland.-Liaising with the managing director and owners, partners of the business on a regular basis.-Plan daily agendas for the staff including staff hours. -Replenish stock in the department-Responsible for the locking up and cashing up of the Bagshot store.-Closely working with the store manager to maximise my training in all areas of the business.DATES POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES Longacres Garden Centre, London Roa
