I am a BCBA with over 10 years' experience of providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to neurodiverse individuals.I have a keen interest in supporting those with special educational needs through positive intervention strategies which aim to increase communication skills, independence and quality of life. My aim is to help change mindsets and behaviour towards more positive attitudes, which will lead to a successful outcome for the child or young person.

  Working as an ABA classroom Supervisor in order to provide 1:1 and group instruction, based on the principles of applied behaviour analysis (ABA), to pupils with a diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder.• Collecting data on all teaching and graphing and analysing trends in response data, making decisions about how to progress teaching programmes based on this analysis.• Planning lessons and preparing teaching resources.• Carrying out study on ABA and working through CABAS Teacher ranks.- Implementing and overseeing pupil ILPs.- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Line Managing ABA Tutors and Lead Teachers.- Implementing and overseeing Behaviour Support Plans including conducting functional assessments and ongoing data analysis.
