As well as responsibility for the oversight and control of the daily processes of internal and OEM manufacturing and global logistics. Through thorough analysis and process control this role is responsible for maintaining or improving profit margins. This role serves as the liaison between the brands, production, and sales ensuring on time shipments and successful import/export. This position encompasses all the entities of Korg USA.

This position works under the COO and CEO managing operations on a cross-departmental basis to ensure orders are confirmed, scheduled and shipped as efficiently as possible with the least waste in any process, while maintaining the highest level of quality in the MI Industry. This job requires the implementation, analysis and maintenance of procedures to ensure Aguilar’s quality is the highest in the industry, lead times are as short as possible and manufacturing is as lean and efficient as possible. Under the ethos of “Constant Improvement” and knowing the clear expectations specified before, this position should maintain or increase Aguilar’s profit margin.
