But in many cases the insight from research does not reflect objective reality. That’s because people are rarely good at predicting what makes them happy, what creates a good experience, and what influences their purchase decisions. At The Behavioural Architects we use Behavioural Science to design research and decision models to provide us with a greater understanding of employees, customers and consumer thinking and behaviour. We identify where we should listen, and when feedback is guiding us down the wrong path. We help design better customer experiences which are not just good, but memorable. We use the latest evidence from cognitive, social and behavioural psychology to design products, portfolios, loyalty programs, communications, systems and processes (amongst many other things) which facilitate greater wellbeing, stimulate purchases, generate loyalty, and improve acquisition and spend. In particular, I help organisations unravel the complexity of human psychology through: *Behavioural Economics:Customers & Employees are good at telling us what drives a good experience, however too often they only highlight the symptoms (due to regency, availability heuristic, affective heuristic etc.), rather than the root cause.I partner with clients to help them decide when to directly ask consumers their needs, and when these needs should be derived. Together, we go beyond direct customer feedback; and leverage behavioural psychology to design better experiences; experiences which can later be evaluated and assessed through RCTs.*Customer Experience, HCD & Customer Centric ChangeI consult on short & long-term customer strategy, and work closely with clients and partners to achieve sustainable customer-centric change across the workforce. I help clients embed behavioural psychology into HCD, and apply my background in change management to embed training which fosters a culture of customer-centricity. *Employee Performance and Wellbeing I design and interpret employee engagement surveys, and help my clients identify core drivers of employee performance. As part of this, I help design HR initiatives, conduct predictive modelling, and integrate employee results with NPS.I help clients design evidence-based wellbeing programs which treat, as well as prevent, depression, stress and anxiety. I’m an expert in financial wellness, and have been a guest presenter for an Australian financial institution for a few years. Show less
