Supervised original series and films from initial development, deal-making and budgeting process through production, delivery and broadcast of 30+ hours of programming annually. • Solicited and managed submissions from producers (BBC, Ch4, Scout, World of Wonder, Reveille, NBC, CBS, etc.) and agents resulting in the production of series and specials which won awards and garnered significant press including a Peabody Award and the cover of Time Magazine.• Coordinated development of the Channel’s pioneering “Green” programming and supervised production of the award-winning series “Big Ideas for a Small Planet,” sponsored by Lexus. • Developed branded entertainment concepts and integration scripts for incorporation into programs and website in collaboration with producers, marketing teams and sponsors and their agencies (e.g. Lexus, Miller Beer and Ditech). • Drew upon extensive personal contacts to bring A-list talent to participate in series and to develop program ideas.
