 Analyze network traffic patterns to Identify performance issues, interpret trends, and optimize network availability, reliability, and performance. Identify and troubleshoot routing and load balancing issues. Maintain and Manage Firewall, DNS, and Email Server. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Domain Controller. Design and Implement Network expansions. Implement and manage POS systems belonging to the company. Install, manage, and update SAP. Maintain logs and create reports.

 Monitor ISP network services to identify core network drops, and backbone route changes and manage latency and stability using SNMP, NetFlow and automated scripts. Live troubleshooting with clients, Identifying, analyzing and fixing connectivity issues and escalate to relevant departments when required and raising tickets for issue tracking. Communicate with relevant stakeholders of any outages in a prompt manner and ensuring all outages are recorded and follow-up with root cause analysis with corresponding teams actively chasing incident/problem ticket resolutions. Coordinate while troubleshooting, with International IPVPN, IPLC, FR faults of SINGTEL, BT INFONET, VISA, and OPTUS etc. Monitor Streaming Links (For Local TV Broadcasters) and troubleshoot and rectify the related issues.  Troubleshoot and rectify issues concerning Customers’ Mail, Relay, WEB, and Proxy Servers.
