About Job Responsibilities* Business Development:- Develop an excellent relationship with prospective and currentvalued customers. Find new customers and take care of assignedcustomers; build and maintain good relationships with customersand partners in the polymer industry ( Mostly in European countries, Canada, America, Australia)- Prepare quotation; send samples and catalogs; negotiate andmake contracts with customers & material suppliers- Contact trade promotion agencies to seek export opportunities.- Promote sales, develop customer system in fairs, conferences, events, etc.- Arrange meetings & welcome customers at the office/ visit the factory* Tracking Orders:- Provide the production department with quality and specifications requirements for each specific order and regularly supervise order progress.- Track the delivery progress, make plans for delivery of goods for export, notify the shipment schedule to relevant departments for delivery to ensure the quality and quantity schedule asrequired by customers.- Keep track of orders during the process from receiving to completing them.

.- Assist British Director in interpreting to company staffs, customers and partners, translating all company and client documents into English and vice versa- Manage and coordinate activities of receiving and conveying information of Leader to the units inside and outside the Company to ensure smooth, prompt and timely, accurate and confidential- Take responsibility for external relations with English partners and developers (Mostly investment partners). Schedule and support partners and developers to work in Vietnam and the company's British director on his business trips.- Be in charge of organizing company events with foreign Developers in Cyprus, Portugal, USA, Canada, England, etc at 5- star hotels in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Long, Hai Phong, Da Nang- Arrange internal and external work schedules- Control of documents before submitting to Director- The focal point for receiving information, proposing to get approval and giving feedback to departments, individuals in the company- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents- Handle incoming emails, mail and other materials
