- Propose and execute weekly hiring plan.- Search and post jobs on various channels, collect 200+ CVs.- Conduct 100+ interview , evaluate candidates through training sessions.- Revise hiring process and build the evaluation criteria for candidates.- Collect employees' information & prepare contracts.

- Participate in creating and conducting development and engagement events for employees (5 workshop, 5 Birthday Month parties, 4 special occasions (Mid- Autum, Vietnamese Women Day, Christmas, YEP) and 20 Happy Day sessions). - In charge of the Office's reception area: welcome guests, observe the waiting lounge and make sure it is tidy, and receive/ deliver external & internal letters/ parcels. - Implement and control office supplies to other departments. Ex: stationery, daily necessities, lunch meals, decorations, etc. - Support in all activities of the recruitment process such as: posting jobs on recruitment websites and Facebook groups, contacting and welcoming candidates, scheduling interviews, new employees' data entry, etc. - Manage and collect payment invoices and relevant basic accounting tasks. - Assist with administrative tasks like annual health check, rental space payment, build up internal policies, attendance, prepare meeting room, etc. - Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

- Create content and update job ads on social media (Facebook, vieclam24h, Ybox).- Implement full process of recruitment for Intern and Production level (JD alignment, CV screening, phone screening, final interview, offering, onboarding and follow-up related documents) with diverse positions (Finance, QA/ QC, HR, HSE, Admin, E&M, DC, Logistic, Machine Operator).- Participate in organizing and hosting engagment activities for internal employees (13 Morning Coffee sessions, 6 Knowledge Sharing Program sessions, 5 Culture Festival sessions).- Design materials (posters, powerpoint) by Canva, and deliver communication posts on internal channels ( Yammer, Outlook, Teams group)- Update internal databases & new hire employee information for the SBS team. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

- Search, approach and consult the company's services for 30 to 50 customers per day. - Follow up, support and take care of clients on time during the utilization service process.- Write and upload an average of 15 service advertising posts per day via Facebook, Zalo.- Assist in collecting and updating customers' databases in the company system.- Prepare payment contracts and contribute a total of 10 million VND to business revenues from sales.- Support other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

- Conduct 60+ training sessions for staff. - Schedule working shifts for employees.- Record and prepare the weekly inventory and quarterly facility reports.- Assist in preparing and updating related operation documents like internal training and regulations, product formulas, the staff's daily checklist, and the routine facility maintenance timetable.- Be willing to support other tasks and respond to managers and internal employees on time.

- Take responsibility for welcoming 55 to 60 external customers and making a total of 90 orders per day, ensuring and completing the exact flow of cash at the end of each workshift.- Support and consult customers about booking room service via a hotline.- Arrange and prepare meeting rooms and workshop space according to customers's requests.- Receive, listen and handle customers' complaints.- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
