Sam has specialised within the residential umbrella of the property Industry for in excess of 20 years , with experience in lettings, high-end sales and various types of land and Investment sales. Having spent close to 10 years as a senior negotiator at one of North London’s leading agencies, Goldschmidt & Howland, Sam was headhunted by Hamptons to join their Land & Investment team. Sam joined Vandermolen Real Estate in Spring 2018 and is now an equity partner in the business, he is driven by an entrepreneurial approach and boasts a track record of in excess of a billion pounds worth of transactions completed across his career. Sam oversees all of the companies sales and works in close conjunction with a number of clients and a wide range of Investors , Contractors , Developers , Housing Associations, Funds and High Net Worth Individuals. Sam is married to Olyvia , they have recently purchased their first family home to enjoy with their two wonderful boys, Freddie & Harley and in his spare time ( if there is any ..) Sam enjoys watching his first love, Tottenham Hotspur or the very now rare round of golf.
