Managing diverse range of demountable infrastructure projects across UK / Middle East / Asia. Projects include: Dubai Boat Show, Dubai International Film Festival, ADIPEC, Chivas Regal Legends Event.

Managing a broad spectrum of temporary infrastructure projects across the Middle East from initial conceptualisation & design stages, through to installation & subsequent deinstallation. Management of all temporary venue production elements including structures, flooring, HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, interior fit-out, FF&E, branding. Responsible for project feasibility assessments, preparation of detailed programmes, resource allocation, logistical planning, H&S compliance, budget management and overall quality control. Acting as main point of contact for clients and subcontractors whilst liaising with internal departments regarding technical & creative matters.
