Duties Included:• Serve as the lead coach on the pitch, taking full responsibility for managing and delivering group sessions with authority and expertise.• Lead sessions in schools, fostering a passion for football amongst primary school children, promoting physical education.• Incorporate video analysis into the organisation & deliver analysis sessions in a classroom setting, providing players with visual feedback to aid their understanding and development.• Mentor and support other coaches, sharing best practices to improve overall quality of coaching within the organisation.• Added responsibility for session organisation, structure, setup, execution and reflection to maintain high standards of delivery.• Commit to full-time hours, providing consistent guidance and development opportunities for individuals.

Duties included:• Providing analysis and coach assistance for the U18 age group, including best practice videos, pre and post match presentations, individual and team highlights.• Using sports code, excel, Wyscout and gaining experience using these within an Academy environment.• Providing live match day coding and filming for U18 home games.• Assisting with other age groups within the academy, including U16 and U14, for home and away game filming and coding, as well as pre match opposition analysis (U16/U14).
