In the last eighteen months I have been the highest revenue generator, contributing to the high net worth new business motor target and exceeding my individual target of £120K. I achieved this by visiting both my existing and prospect dealers on a regular basis and ensuring my relationships continued to grow. I have been involved in all aspects of the scheme's marketing and have assisted in finding new avenues to generate further income including car owners clubs and promotional organisations. Between October and December 2006 I was asked to take on the role of Sales Conversion Manager on secondment. My successes included carrying out an appraisal of the new business process, streamlining the system to increase efficiency, recruiting staff and the introduction of a sales culture.
