Arranging and conducting market appraisals of properties and negotiating pricing and fees. Arranging and conducting viewing appointments and negotiating deals. Arranging and following through sale/letting process. I also worked solely in a new lettings branch based within an existing sales branch, looking after Lettings in that geographical location for the company.
