This involved conducting a series of in-country consultation meetings with government representatives, development partners and ADB staff. Based upon the feedback received and data collected through a desk review, I made recommendations to the GMS Secretariat regarding the future scope, organization arrangements and functioning of the WGHRD, especially as it relates to regional cooperation and contribution to economic development. -
