Working within a small coordinated marketing team, I was responsible for the delivery of social media marketing content for a large number of campaigns. During my time in this role, I assisted with the social media launch and promotion of new and existing products, promoted events and offers for over a dozen pubs, as well as produced photos and videos of our locations and products for use by our marketing team. Often running simultaneously, these campaigns were central to our communication with customers, as well as our advertisement of our products and events across our pubs. Such campaigns included:- Promoting the launch of several new beers, available online and in our pubs.- Advertising offers at our pubs during sporting and national events, such as the 2022 Women’s Euros, beer festivals, comedy nights, sporting fixtures and national holidays.- Producing on-site content of our pubs, brewery and staff.In my role, I was responsible for the management of a large number of social media channels across several platforms, on both the brewery and pub side of the organisation (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) This involved the timetabling of a suite of content, including data-driven content scheduling to ensure content could most effectively reach our target customers.
