Recent engagements include: •Implementation programme design – (April-July 2019) – design, definition and establishment of implementation programme to support mobilisation of recent NCS contract win •Contract mobilisation – (January-April 2019) – working for a social enterprise undertaking the design, establishment and execution of an implementation programme to establish delivery for 6 contracts across 3 different geographic areas. All 6 contracts were launched on time, to budget within an 8 week timeframe •Performance improvement programme - (November-December 2018) – working in Health sector with a newly appointed leadership team to define a programme of activity to rapidly improve performance •Global IT transformation - (January 2018- November 2018) – working in partnership with the CEO/CIO to define and execute a programme of transformation to deliver significant operating improvements and reduce costs.
