I help businesses turn strategy into action through defining and leading programmes of change that deliver their biggest and most important transitions. Having spent a number of years working across organisations experiencing rapid/ sustained growth or pressing requirements for change in the UK and internationally, I’m adept at working with the ambiguity that change brings to help provide organisations with the clarity and impetus to progress and realise results. My depth and breadth of Operational and Corporate experience has equipped me with sound judgement and a keen instinct for ‘what works’ which is why I have been entrusted to deliver many mission critical change programmes. I’m curious and interested in interesting things, which means I like to work with a broad range of businesses across different markets, and typically I tend to take on consulting/ interim roles focussed around: • Performance improvement – when things aren’t going well or there is a need for a ‘step change’ in performance. I help to diagnose issues, uncover root cause drivers of under-performance, and develop rapid and sustainable improvement plans that deliver results • Transformation – when it really matters and you need or want to change. I work with senior teams to transform their operating model and restructure their business to more efficiently and effectively meet their requirements • Service implementation – when you’re doing new things. I help businesses to translate tender commitments/ service design into tangible programmes of activity to operationalise services on time and to budget I’m a pragmatic and collaborative leader that builds relationships quickly by bringing my authentic self to work every day. This also means that whilst I’m diplomatic and respectful, I ‘do honest’ and I’m not afraid to challenge thoughts and share opinions that run counter to collective wisdom - experience has taught me that this is what the very best leaders I have worked with value most.
